My parents went to a opening of a new condo development. They're building it by the Calgary Tower.

All but 10 units were sold out.... That's just sick.

The prices were sick too... paying over $320 a sq. ft.

Is there a minimum # of square feet you have to buy? Can you just buy 1 sq. ft.?
