The draft lottery is today, and it will be televised.

The funny thing is, only the results are televised... sounds fishy....

I mean if it is truly random, why not show the lottery balls coming out? It would add more drama to it.

Anyways, I'm sure it is random but in the back of my mind I'm thinking it'll be rigged so that it'll benefit the NHL and their PR.

It's a sad thing to see but this is what it has come to. Before, when one country attacked another, they would attack back, until they negotiated or was destroyed. Of course those were dark dark days, and I will never forget the documentaries we saw in school about the nuclear bombing of Japan and how it affected the regular people there. I'm not yearning for the days of the old, but it was so much easier when things were out in the open and we knew who our enemies were.
