Apparently we're getting bigger as a country Canadians Are Bigger then Ever

And hmmm Wireless Stealing

That brings up a question, if people don't secure their wireless networks, can they still charge people for stealing their connections?

I think for the wireless connection story and people that don't secure their networks, it's more of a question of ignorance than legality. Kind along the same lines as when someone leaves their car with their keys in the ignition, and it gets carjacked.
